Whether it be in a theater, restaurant, school, church, or other location, Active Violence Incidents (AVI) have become much more common within our society than they were just a few years ago.  If emergency responders are to work in collaboration during the major event of a lifetime within a community, planning, and training are essential.  Where will the next AVI occur?
